Otto Group appoints Dr. Philipp Andrée as Executive Board member for Brands and Retail

Clarity would like to congratulate both the Otto Group and Dr. Philipp Andrée on Philipp’s appointment as Executive Board Member for Brands and Retail. Philipp will succeed Sergio Bucher in this role on 1st April 2026. Philipp joins from Douglas Group, where he has held the role of Chief Commercial Officer for nearly three years, having initially joined as Chief Digital Officer. Philipp spent his early career at McKinsey before joining Department 47 as Managing Director and then moving to Tchibo, where he progressed from Head of Online Expansion to Board Member for Marketing & Digital, before joining Douglas Group in 2023.
