Mike is a Partner at Clarity, the international Executive Search firm specialising in the Consumer, Retail, Travel & Hospitality sectors. His experience spans the consumer space, from FMCG to travel, from consumer durables/technology to food ingredients, working with large-scale multinationals and high growth, entrepreneurial businesses, often PE backed or founder-led.

Mike focuses on Chair, CEO, CFO and MD roles, but also brings functional expertise in Marketing, Finance, Technology, Sales/Revenue Management, Supply Chain, HR, R&D, Quality, Sustainability and Regulatory. He has personally led searches in over 15 countries and conducted a range of global talent mapping projects.

Prior to Clarity, Mike was a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry and also built the Consumer practice at a leading boutique search firm. His search career spans over 20 years and, previously, he spent 10 years in the art world, working for two of the leading auction-houses before joining the start-up team for one of the first online art platforms.
