Rob is a Partner at Clarity and specialises in the Consumer, Retail & Hospitality sectors. He has worked with multinational corporations, PE-backed businesses and SMEs in several countries across the EMEA. His focus is on Chair, C-Suite and functional leadership appointments in Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, Supply Chain and Operations.

A Chemical Engineering graduate, he spent the first five years of his career working for a global manufacturing business, before moving into executive search in 2003. After 8 years leading an FMCG business for The Page Group, Rob spent almost 14 years as a Partner and Group Board Director of bpesearch, setting up and growing their Consumer and Retail Search Practice.
