M&S appoints Jag Weatherley as Transformation Director for Fashion, Home & Beauty

Clarity would like to congratulate both Jag Weatherley and M&S on Jag’s appointment as Transformation Director for Fashion, Home & Beauty.

Jag joins from Asos where she served as Managing Director for Europe and the rest of the World, having held roles across Commercial Operations, Merchandising, Retail Transformation and Operations in her 13 years at the company. Prior to her time at Asos, Jag spent 10 years in Merchandising at Topshop.

Jag will join M&S in January 2026.
